␣Belbin’’s␣Team␣Roles:␣

Plant (PL)generates the light of new ideas, Resource␣Investigator(RI)knows how and where to find resources & Team Worker(TW)helps the team pull together. Usually in groups when everyone is out of ideas, when nobody has any thoughts or if they are stuck on what to do next, and if everybody is speechless, I come up with ideas myself and everyone starts moving and begins to discuss again. In most projects I have done through school, practically every single project or task I have done, I have always done lots of research. I put down notes of which websites I get it from whether the teachers wanna see if I had plagiarized or just to go back and check again. I love to team work because it's very easy and everyone has to try to cooperate with each other and to communicate. I help others if needed but sometimes I can't solve every problem so the whole group usually works to together to solve problems.
