What our group is trying achieve for today's lesson on the Restless Earth is that we wanna finish our research sheet on the main questions on our volcano topic. We have split the different questions among three of us. Our succes criteria for today is for us to search reliable links/websites and to complete our research sheets listing down where we have gotten the information on.
Have we achieved our succes criteria?
Most likely yes we have. We have achieved half of this criteria because Youzhen hasn't started on his research sheet yet, the reason being that he has been having meetings between lessons with other students from other humanities classes. But me and Ade has already finished most of the researching but we wil be continuing on our research sheet at home.

HIV/AIDS SHIRT
1.What is the HR?
HIV/AIDS
2. Why is it a HR issue?
This is a HR issue because it has been an epidemic and a violation of the right to health care in the human rights charter.
3.Background - Pictures based on our shirts.
4.Music - Safe and Sound- Taylor Swift (Feat. The Civil Wars)
5. Who is modeling + What are they modeling?
Iqbal and Ade
Shirts
Red hands - This shirt has two representatives, What we are trying to model is about children that are suffering from HIV/Aids and victims of this.
Stop HIV/AIDS - What were trying to model for the second shirt with the red scarf is that The scarf is a sign of the victim being trapped with the disease forever; the scarf is representing the red ribbon.
Here we have the shirt HIV/AIDS. This shirt has two representatives. First is the red hands and second, the red neck scarf cover. Will start with the red hands. Red is usually the color that represents HIV/Aids. The hands represent the different children who has suffered this virus. The red hands are some of the children who are suffering. The red scarf is a symbol of HIV/Aids. What our group is actually trying to create is the red ribbon of HIV/Aids the same as the breast cancer ribbons accept red not pink.

Outcome Of Volcano Research!
For our whole outcome for this research was to split up the research between secondary learners and primary learners. We are planning to create a poster, it will contain diagrams, pictures, and main information that is needed for this volcano topic. For primary generally fun facts. For primary it will be a great idea summarizing the whole presentation for their own understanding. We will include short clips/videos to create it into a more interesting project/presentation. This is what we have planned so far, we will be improvising during other time.

How do you search for information on the internet?
well to search on the internet for information you need and what you want to know about, You should always list all the websites and links where you have gotten the information from, while you are researching. During searching information for your work or project you should always not plagiarize. When you get your information you always have to parafrase. You should know what you are taking from the internet and websites, or else you wouldn't understand somethings. Parafrase not plagiarize.

What is the difference between a factual and an interpretive question?
A factual question is when there is only one answer and it is a fact. But an interpretive question has more than one answer to the question and there should be different perspectives and layers to the question itself. An example of an factual question is How are volcanoes made? and an example of a interpretive is Why are people scared of volcanoes? That question is a factual question because there is only one way of answering how volcanoes are created and there would be lots of facts. Why are people scared of volcanoes? This is a interpretive because from this one simple question we can have different answers from different perspectives.

Belbin Results
1. From what I can see the differences between the results I got from what I thought and got there was no difference at all. What I thought I was were a Shaper, Team worker, and Implementer. The results I got were the same.
2. Yes and no at the same time. I disagree a little bit because there were some results that I thought which didn't represent who I am while working in groups or individuals. The results I disagreed with were coordinator and complete finisher. I got a high result or coordinator I am one at all and for complete finisher I thought I should have gotten a better result.
3. We balanced our Belbin roles by filling out all the top three and see who had the lowest and highest ranking for each Belbin role. We even balanced some by filling each on top of each other, like the results we got for the role plant and resource investigator were the same. So we showed that both of us were on the same level on those two Belbin roles. We showed who had stronger focus on each role like Youzhen was a greater shaper then me, but a lower level in team working.
4. The team wheel will help us alot because these is a key to tell everyone in your group of what your good and bad at. It tells us how you can interact and which ways best you can help as a team member in a certain group. The wheel shows what skills each person has. This will really help us because it can aware other members in a group of who can do which work, so basically it helps us split up the work evenly. We can spilt up the tasks by seeing the team wheel.

␣Belbin’s␣Team␣Roles:␣
Plant (PL)generates the light of new ideas, Resource␣Investigator(RI)knows how and where to find resources & Team Worker(TW)helps the team pull together. Usually in groups when everyone is out of ideas, when nobody has any thoughts or if they are stuck on what to do next, and if everybody is speechless, I come up with ideas myself and everyone starts moving and begins to discuss again. In most projects I have done through school, practically every single project or task I have done, I have always done lots of research. I put down notes of which websites I get it from whether the teachers wanna see if I had plagiarized or just to go back and check again. I love to team work because it's very easy and everyone has to try to cooperate with each other and to communicate. I help others if needed but sometimes I can't solve every problem so the whole group usually works to together to solve problems.
