Eco-Friendly House

                                                        My Eco-Friendly House

My house that I have designed is an Eco friendly house because I used different types of resources for the house so that I wouldn’t destroy the environment.

I used solar panels, which uses the natural heat from the sun. This is Eco friendly because this is not harming any of the environments around us and it is saving lots of energy. The solar panels heat all the water in the house like bathrooms, kitchens, and the solar panels also give energy to the whole house. Second thing about my house that is Eco friendly is that the windows are made from fiberglass. The fiberglass is made out of recycled plastic and glass. The fiberglass traps most of the heat inside the house and keeps the cold air out. This is Eco friendly because we are recycling instead of throwing (not harming the environment.) Also the house is Eco friendly because we are using natural resources like leafs to keep the heat in our house. This  works because the plants absorb heat from the sun just like the solar panels. I even used a wind turbine. I used the turbine because everyday there are natural winds blowing to create kinetic energy from the wind into mechanical energy. Wind turbines are good for the environment because they use a completely renewable source of energy (wind) and because they create no pollutants. That was my eco-friendly house thank you.

What can you do to help environment?

Elp Reflection xD

I think I am currently on explain. My 3 targets for development  are adding up more examples to my model to make it more Eco-friendly, put some more detail to support my designs, and to structure the explanations of the model. :D

Field Trip

On the bus to Cherating
Another activity (water crossing)
Activity ( laser rope)
View of apartments in Bukit Tinggi

During school we had a field trip to Bukit Tinggi and Cherating for 3 days and 2 nights. We went to Bukit Tinggi  on the 8th of march. It took us 2 hours to get there by coach. We watched movies on the bus, slept, listen to music and ate snacks. When we arrived to Bukit Tinggi, we packed our bags and went to our rooms. The best part of Bukit Tinggi was staying with my 4 friends. We got to stay up very late, watching soccer, partying and taking pictures. During the afternoon we walked really far to get to our activities. Our activities were rafting, laser maze, water crossing, building a bridge and the capsule. After a day at Bukit Tinggi we packed our luggage and went on the bus for a 2 hour drive to Cherating. But it took a while for the bus driver to reverse, The driver bumped the back of a parking spot and made a huge scratch on the bumper. It took about 15 minutes for the driver to get to us. We took a few stops for everyone to eat. Finally after 2 hours we got to Cherating and the hotel was really nice. The rooms were small but they were nicer than the Bukit Tinngi rooms. There was a pool, beach, and lots of play grounds. We stayed there for 1 night and 1 day. Our activities were recording and making videos of the whole beach, then we had to finish sheets of work. The last activity before going back home was creating a Geo sculpture of different resources around the beach. After all the fun we had free time. During our free time, some people swam in the pool and others chilled in their rooms. After all the fun activity's and experiences we were going to go home on the coach for a 4 hour drive.
